Two rows of rectangular clear glass panels hang one above the other in a long, low frame, the lower row set slightly inward. The glass has a rippled surface that looks like moving water or frost, and a gold bar and gold sockets run through the middle of the fixture, visible through the glass. A long gold canopy at the ceiling holds the fixture on chains.
It comes in two lengths, 31.4″ and 39.3″, and is only 8.6″ tall. That makes it a good fit for a dining table, a kitchen island, or a long entry console, where you want light spread along a line and not in a round cluster.

FAQ
How long a table does each length suit?
A common rule for a linear fixture is a length of about half to two-thirds of the table's length. By that rule, the 31.4″ size suits a table roughly 4 to 5 feet long, and the 39.3″ size suits a table roughly 5 to 6.5 feet long. Both are 15.7″ wide, so the table should be at least about 28″ wide to keep the fixture inside its edges.
Does it hang on chains or on rods, and how low does it go?
Two hanging options are listed: a 19.7″ adjustable chain, or a 12″ rod. Confirm which one you want before you order. The fixture itself is only 8.6″ tall, so it takes little vertical room. Over a table, a common guide is to hang the bottom 30″ to 36″ above the tabletop, and in a walkway at least 7 feet above the floor.
Can I see the bulbs and the frame through the clear glass?
Yes, partly. The glass is clear, so you can see the gold bar and the sockets inside, and the bulbs too. The rippled surface bends and softens what you see, so the bulbs look broken up and glowing and not like bare points of light. If you do not want the bulbs visible, choose an LED with a frosted finish.
What bulbs does it take?
The socket is E14, which is slightly wider than the E12 base common in the US, so E12 bulbs will not fit. Each socket takes a 15W incandescent bulb or an LED that gives the same light. That is a modest amount per bulb, so for a dining table it works as a pleasant ambient light, and you may want a dimmer or extra lamps depending on the room.
Can I dim it?
Yes, it works with dimmer switches, but the switch is not included. If you use LED bulbs, they must be marked dimmable, or they can flicker or buzz when dimmed. It is hardwired, so a licensed electrician should connect it if you are unsure about your ceiling wiring.
How do I clean the rippled glass panels?
Switch it off and let the bulbs cool. Dust settles in the ripples, so use a soft, dry brush first, then wipe each panel with a microfiber cloth, holding it steady with your other hand. Clean the top row first so dust falls onto the lower row. Keep liquid cleaners off the gold finish.
