What is the difference between the 1-head and multi-head options?
The 1-head option is a single cylinder pendant, sized ⌀ 4.8″ × H 8.7″ (12 × 22cm). The 3 to 11 head options arrange that same cylinder shade multiple times at staggered heights within one fitting, spreading across the diameter and overall height listed – more heads give a wider spread and a taller drop, suited to stairwells or larger spaces.
Which bulbs can I use?
It takes an E26/E27 medium base bulb – LED, Edison, or candle style – with one bulb per cylinder, so you can choose the warmth and look that suits your space.
Can I use it in a bathroom or somewhere damp?
It's rated IP20, meaning it's suited to indoor dry or damp locations, but not to areas with direct water contact or spray, such as inside a shower enclosure.
Can I change the canopy finish?
Black is the default canopy finish. Matte brass, brushed nickel, and satin gold are available on request – contact us before ordering if you would like one of these instead.
Is this hardwired or plug-in?
It's a hardwired fixture with a round canopy, so professional installation is recommended rather than a simple plug-and-hang setup.
How do I clean the alabaster shade?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid or abrasive cleaners, as alabaster is a porous natural stone that can be damaged by moisture.
As a natural stone, alabaster shows subtle veining and colour variation from piece to piece, so no two shades look exactly alike.
