If your project has unusual dimensions, a tight programme or a technical constraint, include it in your enquiry and our team will assess it directly.
We can adapt dimensions, finish, material, colour, lamp count, suspension length, canopy configuration, colour temperature and many electrical details. We can also develop a new composition from your reference or architectural brief.
Yes. The initial consultation and 3D concept are offered without charge so you can evaluate the direction before proceeding. Complex technical drafting, prototypes or extensive revisions may be quoted separately, and we will always confirm this in advance.
A room photo, ceiling height, key dimensions, destination country and one or two inspiration images are enough to begin. Architectural drawings, mood boards, finish samples and target dates are helpful when available.
Timing depends on complexity, material availability, sampling and order quantity. After the design is defined, your project advisor will provide a specific production estimate and keep you updated before shipping.
Yes. We support residential, hospitality, retail and workplace projects, including coordinated fixture families, repeated quantities, regional electrical specifications and installation documentation.
We provide inspection photos and/or video before dispatch for custom work. This allows you to review the approved finish, proportions and assembly details before the fixture leaves our facility.
