Rounded panels of frosted white glass are stacked in three tiers around a brass-toned frame, with the largest panels on the outside and a smaller cluster underneath. The glass has a cloudy, slightly textured surface, so the bulbs inside show up as a soft glow and not as bright points.

Which size should I pick for my dining table?
A common rule is to choose a chandelier at least 12″ narrower than the table, so nothing hangs past the edge. The 19.7″ size fits a table about 32″ wide or more. The 23.7″ size fits a table about 36″ wide or more. If you are between the two, the smaller one is safer in a room with a low ceiling.
Is the listed height the whole fixture, rod included?
The listed heights (17.8″ and 20.5″) are for the fixture at its listed size. The hanging height is adjustable, so the drop from your ceiling is set at installation. Measure from the ceiling to where you want the bottom of the glass to sit, then adjust to that.
What does "hardwired" mean? Can I just plug it in?
No. Hardwired means it connects directly to your ceiling's electrical wiring, with no plug. If you are replacing an existing ceiling light, the wiring is usually already there. If not, or if you are not comfortable working with house wiring, use a licensed electrician. Local codes can require one.
What bulbs does it take? Are E14 and E12 the same?
It uses E14 bulbs. E14 is not the same as the E12 "candelabra" base common in US homes. E14 is slightly wider, so an E12 bulb will not fit. Check the base printed on the bulb or its box before buying. E14 bulbs are easy to find online.
Can I dim it?
Yes, it works with dimmer switches, but the switch is sold separately. The bulbs also need to be labelled dimmable. A non-dimmable LED on a dimmer will flicker or buzz. Use bulbs and a dimmer that are rated to work together.
The finish is listed as Champagne Bronze, but the colour says brass. Which is it?
The metal is a Champagne Bronze finish, a soft, warm gold-brass tone and not a dark bronze. It is the "Brass" in the White & Brass colour name. It goes well with warm white bulbs and with other brass or gold hardware in the room.
Will the frosted glass make the room dark?
The frosted glass diffuses the light, so it looks softer than a bare bulb but it does not block it. For a room that relies on this fixture alone, add a dimmer so you can set the brightness for dinner or for everyday use, and choose bulbs with enough lumens for the room size.
