Does it support dimming?

Whether it supports dimming depends on what type of bulb you use. If you use a dimmable bulb (with a compatible dimmer switch), this lamp will dim. The bulb provided by default does not support dimming.

Is the shade real stone?

Yes – all three tiers are genuine alabaster, hand-cut and polished. As a natural, translucent stone, it diffuses light softly and shows its own unique veining and tone.

Which size should I choose?

The 18cm (7.1") size suits a bedside table, small kitchen island, or a tighter cluster of multiple pendants. The 22cm (8.7") size has more presence and works well as a single statement pendant over a dining table or entryway.

Can the hanging length be adjusted?

It ships with a 150cm (59") wire, which can be trimmed to your preferred drop height at installation. If you need a longer wire than what's provided, contact us and it can be lengthened on request.

What bulb does it take?

It takes a small-base E14 bulb (LED or Edison-style), up to 15W max. Choose a dimmable bulb if you'd like the push-button switch paired with dimming, since the included default bulb does not dim.

Is it certified for North America and Europe?

It operates on AC 110–240V, suitable for use across North America, Europe, and other regions. Confirm your local wiring meets code, and have installation done by a licensed electrician.

How do I clean the alabaster shade?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the stone or using abrasive or chemical cleaners, as alabaster is soft and porous and can scratch or stain more easily than glass or ceramic.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Close, but not identical. As a natural stone, each shade shows its own unique veining and tone – that variation is part of genuine alabaster, not a defect.
