FAQ
Is the whole lamp real stone?
Yes – both the tapered cone column and the rectangular shade are solid natural alabaster, set on a solid brass base. As a translucent stone, it glows warmly when lit and each piece has its own unique vein pattern.
Which size should I choose?
The Standard size (15.7" wide, 63" tall) suits most rooms as a single reading or ambient light. The Large size (17.7" wide, 65" tall) has a bit more presence and shade coverage, well suited to a larger room or as a stronger focal point.
What bulbs does it take?
It takes two standard E26 medium-base bulbs, up to 60W each (or the LED equivalent). Bulbs not included.
Does it need to be hardwired?
No – this is a plug-in floor lamp with a foot switch on the ~2m (6.5ft) cord. No electrician or hardwiring is needed; just select the plug type that matches your outlet.
Is it certified for North America?
Yes – it's ETL listed and compatible with North America, and operates on a universal 110–240V voltage for use in other regions as well.
How do I clean the lamp?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the stone or using abrasive or chemical cleaners, as alabaster is soft and porous and can scratch or stain more easily than glass or ceramic.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. As noted above, stone variation is natural, so each piece has a unique vein pattern – that variation is part of genuine alabaster, not a defect.
As a natural stone lamp, veining, translucency, and tone vary slightly from piece to piece – no two lamps are exactly alike.
