Very substantial desk fixture. The woven leather wraps seamlessly around the tapered pillar with no loose edges or uneven seams.
Authentic carved stone cone with substantial weight and cool mineral density. The tight, basket-weave leather wrapping on the tapered base feels exceptionally tactile and contrasts handsomely against the smooth stone canopy. Just note that natural alabaster varies by quarry block; mine has slightly more gray misting along the rear edge than shown in stock photos, but that irregularity confirms it is genuine rock rather than molded acrylic.
Absolute showpiece on our primary suite dresser. The soft diffusion through the veined stone canopy casts a warm, hotel-like glow that makes our entire bedroom feel tranquil.
As an interior decorator, I sourced this for an executive home office styled in warm minimalism. The combination of tailored Italian-style woven leather and the soft translucency of the stone cone bridges classic luxury with understated modernism. Dialed down on our inline cord dimmer, the wide shade looks like an illuminated canopy hovering over the dark desk.
The scale is stout and grounded. It fills out the corner of our media console nicely without overpowering the nearby wall art. Unboxing required a minute to peel away the custom dense foam, but the lamp arrived in flawless condition.
Looks far more curated than standard store lighting. The organic stone clouding softens our sharp mid-century walnut side table. Dust does tend to settle on the wide sloping stone cone over time, so wiping it with a dry microfiber cloth once a week keeps the honed finish looking clean.
Exceptional craftsmanship. The dark rounded finial locks the stone shade down securely without any wobble, and the fabric cord feels durable and pliable.
Set this conical stone lamp on our dark walnut media credenza, and the mood it creates after sunset is remarkably serene. The carved alabaster shade has natural mineral clouding that glows evenly without any bare bulb glare, casting a broad downward wash across the dark woven leather column. It has serious heft, so there is zero fear of our golden retriever knocking it over when he brushes past the console.
Sturdy build, solid materials, and a smooth cord switch. The shade creates a soft perimeter ring of warm light that makes working late into the night far less straining on the eyes.
Replaced a generic brass task light on our entryway console. The wide flared rim throws a generous pool of light over our catchall tray and mail stack without shining directly into the eyes of guests walking through the front door. The alabaster shade is solid stone and quite heavy, so always lift the lamp by its leather base when moving it around.
Plug-and-play simplicity straight out of the crate. The heavy leather column keeps the center of gravity low, so the wide alabaster shade remains completely stable.
Solid stone cap, tight leatherwork on the tapered stem, and a restful ambient glow on my bedside table that makes winding down with a book effortless.
A true conversation piece in our reading parlor. Friends always run their fingers across the woven leather cone to inspect the texture. The light output is purely ambient and soothing, running completely silent with no transformer buzz.
