Does the light come from inside the alabaster cylinder?
No – the alabaster cylinder is a decorative, candle-like element, while the actual bulb sits in its own socket just below it, so the two parts work together rather than the stone itself housing the light source.
Can I use LED or Edison-style bulbs?
Yes – it takes an E26 or E27 base bulb in either LED or Edison filament style, so you can choose the warmth and look that suits your space.
Can this go in a bathroom?
No – it's rated IP20 for indoor use only and isn't waterproof, so it isn't suited to bathrooms or other humid areas.
How do I clean the alabaster and brass?
Wipe both with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid or abrasive cleaners on the alabaster, as it's a porous natural stone that can be damaged by moisture.
