The shades are listed as alabaster, a natural stone, so every shade has its own tone and may show faint clouds or veins. In the photo, the shades are a soft, milky white, and yours will be similar in overall feel but not identical, and the shades on one chandelier may differ a little from each other. G9 is a small bulb with two pins that push into the socket, and it does not screw in like an E14 or E27 bulb. The bulbs are replaceable, so when one stops working you can swap it. Wipe the brass arms, stem and chain with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid scouring pads and strong cleaners. It is for indoor use only, and no water-protection rating is listed, so keep it away from showers, sinks and damp spaces. Over a kitchen island, keep it clear of steam and grease.
