FAQ
Can I replace the LED?
No – the LED is integrated into the fixture and is not designed to be replaced. Modern integrated LEDs typically exceed 25,000 operating hours. If it fails, the fixture may require professional service.
What's the difference between Clear and Graded Yellow?
Both finishes share the same chrome frame and ribbed glass spikes; Clear gives an icy, transparent look throughout, while Graded Yellow shifts from a warmer amber tone at the tips to lighter at the base, adding subtle depth and colour variation across the spikes.
What does IP20 mean for this fixture?
IP20 means the fixture has no protection against moisture or liquid, so it's rated for indoor, dry spaces only – avoid installing it in bathrooms or anywhere it could be exposed to splashing water or high humidity.
Which size should I choose?
23.6" suits a smaller dining table or entryway, while 35.4" makes a bold, dramatic statement over a large dining table or in a bigger room – height increases along with diameter across all three sizes.
Is it hardwired or plug-in?
This is a ceiling-mounted fixture on multiple suspension cables, typically hardwired by a licensed electrician like most chandeliers of this scale. It's compatible with common wall switches once installed.
How do I clean the glass spikes?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to reach between the individual spikes. A slightly damp microfibre cloth can be used for the glass surfaces; avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the finish.
As a hand-finished glass fixture, minor variations in the ribbing and tone of individual spikes may occur from piece to piece.
