No. Suitability depends on the installation zone and the fixture damp- or wet-location rating, including its IP rating where applicable. Check the product specification and have a qualified electrician apply local bathroom rules.
Lights on both sides of a mirror reduce under-eye and chin shadows better than one strong source above. If side space is unavailable, use a wide diffused light above the mirror and avoid exposed point-source glare.
Choose a consistent neutral or warm-neutral colour temperature and verify colour rendering when grooming accuracy matters. The actual CCT and CRI must be taken from the product specification, not inferred from photos.
Use diffused shades and position the source near face level rather than directly behind the viewer. Highly polished glass and exposed bulbs can create reflections, so check shade opacity and beam direction.
