FAQ
Can I replace the bulbs?
Yes – this chandelier takes standard E12 or E14-base LED or Edison bulbs that you can swap yourself.
What are the panels made from?
Each feather-shaped panel is textured, frosted glass mounted on a nickel frame. The fine striations catch and diffuse light across the tiered, cascading layers.
Can I use this in a bathroom, kitchen, or covered outdoor area?
It's listed as IP20 damp-rated for use in bathrooms, kitchens, and covered outdoor areas.
Can the chain length be adjusted?
The chain can typically be shortened during installation to sit closer to the ceiling. If you need extra drop for a taller room, check with your electrician or supplier about a longer chain before installation.
Is it hardwired or plug-in?
This is a ceiling-mounted fixture on a chain, typically hardwired by a licensed electrician. A common wall switch is required but not included.
How do I clean the glass panels?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to reach between the overlapping panels. A slightly damp microfibre cloth can be used for the glass surfaces; avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the finish.
As hand-finished glass, minor variations in texture and tone may occur between panels and from piece to piece.
