Pick pink if you want the fixture to be the colour in the room: it gives a soft rose glow and looks deeper where the panels overlap. Pick clear if the room already has a lot of colour, since clear glass lets the bulbs and the gold frame show through and adds sparkle without a tint. The shape, size and gold frame are the same in both.

E12 is the small candelabra base used in most US homes. E14 is slightly wider and common in the UK, Europe and Asia, so the two are not interchangeable. Confirm the base with us before you order so you buy matching bulbs, and check the base printed on the bulb box when you replace them.

A common rule is to pick a fixture at least 12″ narrower than the table. Adding 12″ to 23.7″ gives about 36″, so it suits a table around 36″ wide or larger, such as a 4-seat round table or a rectangular table of the same width.

Dimming is not listed for this chandelier. It is listed as compatible with common wall switches, which are not included. If you want to use a dimmer, ask us first so we can confirm it works with your bulbs and setup.

Switch it off and let the bulbs cool. Dust settles in the ribs, so run a soft, dry brush along them first, then wipe each panel with a microfiber cloth, holding the panel steady as you go. For marks, use a cloth lightly dampened with water, and keep liquids off the gold finish.
