Which length should I choose?
Measure the length of the table or island it will hang over – the 31.5″ option suits a standard table, while the 47.2″ version fits a longer island or table better.
Can I replace the light if it stops working?
The light source is an integrated LED tube rather than a swappable bulb, so any issues with the light itself would need to go through customer service.
Can the hanging wires be lengthened?
It comes with 150cm (59″) of wire, and it can be extended on request – let us know your preferred drop before ordering.
Is this hardwired or plug-in?
It mounts to the ceiling and connects to a common wall switch, so it's set up as a hardwired fixture rather than a plug-in one.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the metal body and acrylic tube cover with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch either surface.
As a hand-finished piece, minor variations in the metal and wood-tone finish may occur from piece to piece.
