A few things to know

Every discount code has its own rules — minimum order, expiration date, eligible products. Before reaching out about a code that didn't work, please check these common reasons first.

Expiration dates

All codes expire — check the email or banner where you received it. Expired codes return an error at checkout.

Minimum order amount

Some codes require a minimum subtotal (e.g., "10% off orders over $200"). Add more items if needed.

Stacking limits

Most codes cannot be combined. Only one promotional code or discount may be used per order.

Excluded items

Sale items, clearance, gift cards, and certain collections may be excluded from promotional codes.

One-time use codes

Welcome and referral codes are typically valid for a single order per customer or email address.

Apply before payment

Codes must be entered before placing the order. We can't retroactively apply a discount after checkout.

Forgot to apply your code? Email us within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do our best to cancel the order so you can re-place it with the discount. Once an order has shipped, the discount can no longer be applied.

Common discount-code questions

Three things to check, in order: (1) is there an extra space before or after the code? Delete and retype. (2) Does your order meet the minimum amount required? (3) Has the code expired? If all three look fine and the code still won't work, please email us with your code and order details and we'll look into it right away.
Generally, no. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Sale prices, free shipping thresholds, and certain bundle discounts may sometimes combine with a single code — but two promotional codes cannot stack.
Email us as quickly as possible — ideally within 1 hour. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we can cancel it so you can re-place the order with the discount applied. Once an order has shipped, the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
Codes are shared through several channels: our newsletter (sign-up offers a welcome discount on your first order), our social media accounts during seasonal promotions, our trade partner program, and occasional partner publications. We do not authorize third-party "coupon sites" — codes found there are often expired or fraudulent.
If you return an entire order, you receive a refund of the amount you actually paid (the discounted total). One-time-use codes are not re-issued after a return. If you're returning only part of an order and the remaining items still meet the code's minimum requirement, the discount continues to apply to the items you keep.
We don't authorize third-party coupon aggregators, and codes listed there are typically expired, exclusive to a specific past customer, or simply made up to drive site traffic. The most reliable place to get a real discount code is directly from us — through our newsletter, our official social accounts, or as a trade partner.
