Yes – this fixture takes E12 base bulbs in a fixed warm 3000K colour temperature, which you can swap yourself once installed.
Is this hardwired or plug-in?

Will every glass petal look the same?
Not exactly – the frosted “White Cloud” texture naturally varies slightly from petal to petal, which is part of the handcrafted glasswork's character rather than a flaw.
How do I clean the glass petals?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster, working tier by tier from the top down. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the frosted glass surface.
