How many do I need over a kitchen island?

Do I need to buy a bulb? Can I dim it?
No bulb to buy, because the LED is built in. It gives a warm 3000K glow, is turned on with a push-button switch, and does not dim.
How long is the cord, and do I need an electrician?
It comes with a 150 cm (59 in) cord, and a longer one is available on request. It is ceiling mounted and runs on 110 to 240V AC, which covers household power in most countries. If you are not comfortable with electrical work, have a licensed electrician hang and wire it.
