FAQ

How do I choose between the two sizes?

Both share the same three-tier textured glass design, so the choice comes down to footprint – 23.6″ suits a standard room, while 31.5″ fills a larger dining table or foyer.

Can I replace the bulbs?

Yes – this fixture takes standard E14 base bulbs, which you can swap yourself once installed.

Is professional installation really necessary?

This is a hardwired ceiling mount, so we recommend a licensed electrician handle installation to ensure the rod and wiring are secured correctly, given the weight of the glass panels.

What does the IP20 rating mean?

IP20 means the fixture is rated for dry indoor locations only, with no protection against moisture – keep it away from bathrooms, kitchens with heavy steam, or any damp environment.

How do I clean the glass panels?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to reach into the hammered texture of each panel. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, given the IP20 rating.

As hand-finished glass, minor variations in texture and tone may occur from panel to panel and piece to piece.
