Should I get the 40 cm or the 50 cm?
The 40 cm (15.7 in) is 23 cm (9.1 in) tall and suits a small table, kitchen island or a pair hung side by side. The 50 cm (19.7 in) is 30 cm (11.8 in) tall and gives more presence over a dining table. Look at the width of your table and pick the one that leaves a comfortable gap on every side.
What bulb do I need, and can I dim it?
Use an LED or Edison bulb with an E27 or E26 base, up to 40W. E26 is the common base in North America, E27 elsewhere. It uses a push-button switch, so it is on or off only and does not dim.
Is the light harsh over a table?
It is designed not to be. The layered shades hide the bulb from most angles and bounce the light softly downward, which keeps glare down when you are seated underneath it. A warm-white LED will make it feel even calmer.
How long is the cable, and how high should I hang it?
It comes with a 150 cm (59 in) cable, and longer lengths are available on request. Over a dining table, a common rule of thumb is to hang the bottom of the shade about 70 to 85 cm (28 to 33 in) above the tabletop. If your ceiling is high, ask us for a longer cable before ordering.
What colors does it come in, and what is it made of?

Can I use it in a bathroom, and does it work with my voltage?
It is for indoor use only, so keep it out of bathrooms and other damp spots. It is a ceiling-mounted pendant rated for 110 to 240V AC, which covers household power in most countries. If you are not sure how to wire it, have a licensed electrician hang it.
