FAQ

How do I choose between the two sizes?

Both share the same 11.9″ height and flower-cluster design, so the choice comes down to footprint – 17.8″ suits a bedside table or smaller room, while 21.7″ works well over a dining table or larger seating area.

Can I replace the bulb?

Yes – this fixture takes a standard E14 base LED bulb, which you can swap yourself once installed.

Is it hardwired or plug-in?

This is a hardwired ceiling mount on a chain; confirm the wiring type and installation requirements with your electrician or supplier before purchase, as this can vary by market.

What are the flower petals made from?

Each petal is faceted crystal, clustered in groups around the gold frame to form individual flower shapes across the bowl.

How do I clean the crystal petals?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, working around each petal and the gold frame between them. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the crystal.

As faceted crystal and hand-finished metalwork, minor variations in sparkle and petal placement may occur from piece to piece.
