Solid construction for the price point. We installed a pair flanking the fireplace in our den to add some layered accent lighting. The torch design feels very classic and traditional. My only minor gripe is that the thumbscrews holding the backplate were tiny and a total pain to tighten in tight spaces, but the warm upward glow makes up for the installation headache.
Super cute torch sconce! We put it in the hallway upstairs. The proportions are lovely—not too bulky for a corridor. The light diffuses evenly and doesn't glare. My only complaint is that changing the small bulb might be a bit tricky with the narrow cylindrical shade, but overall, totally worth it for the price.
Brought this for our powder room makeover and it's definitely the focal point of the room now. The white glass shade gives the light a very soft, hotel-like quality. Packaging was secure, though it produced a lot of styrofoam waste. Very happy with the overall aesthetic and build quality.
Such an elegant piece for a traditional French country aesthetic. I mounted it directly beside an antique mirror in our guest bedroom to act as ambient accent lighting. The metal frame feels sturdy and doesn't wobble at all. Took my electrician less than twenty minutes to put it in, and the warm illumination creates the coziest shadows on the textured wallpaper.
Absolutely love the vintage torch feel combined with the sleek brass stem. It brings so much character to our reading nook corner. The installation took my dad and me about thirty minutes. The only minor thing is that dust might collect easily on the flat top of the wall plate, so I'll need to wipe it down occasionally.
This fixture added so much charm to our master bathroom renovation. The tapered torch silhouette creates a lovely line against our subway tile wall. The brass is warm and sophisticated. It was a bit finicky to align level with the wall plate, but after a few adjustments, it looks completely professional.
Mounted this torch-style wall sconce beside our master bathroom mirror, and it completely changed the vibe of the room. The brushed brass finish has a nice muted tone that doesn't look too yellow or cheap. Wiring it up took my husband a bit longer than expected because the mounting bracket was snug against our old electrical box, but once it was up, the diffused light through that cylindrical alabaster-look shade is super soft on the eyes during late-night routines.
Decent fixture. Used it in a narrow hallway remodel. The brass has a slightly brushed texture which hides fingerprints well, which is great since we have kids touching everything. Installation was straightforward if you have basic electrical experience. The vertical profile is just right for tight wall spaces, though the shade is a tiny bit taller than I originally pictured from online specs.
Looks great in our study room over the built-in bookshelves. The finish is a rich antique brass rather than shiny gold, which fits right in with our dark green walls. The mounting screws were a bit stiff to thread, but once anchored, it sits completely flush against the drywall without sagging.
Solid build. The metal feels heavy, not hollow or flimsy. Installed it over a side wall in our basement suite. The light provides ample illumination, though you definitely want to use a dimmable bulb because at full blast it's pretty bright. Wiring instructions were clear and standard.
Bought this to replace a hideous builder-grade chrome light in the master bath. Huge upgrade. The satin brass finish matches our cabinet hardware nicely. One of the glass shades had a tiny factory smudge on the edge, but I just wiped it off with glass cleaner and you'd never know. Gives off plenty of light without feeling blindingly harsh.
Clean design and great quality metalwork. I used it in a small corridor leading to the bedrooms. The light output is warm and inviting rather than sterile white. The mounting base was solid, and the stem arrived perfectly straight with no bending.
Obsessed with how this looks in our powder room! The white glass shade casts a gorgeous, cozy hue when paired with a 2700K LED bulb. It arrived well-packaged with zero dents in the metal. The backplate covers our junction box easily, though the instructions could use a clearer diagram for beginners.
