Merivale Linen Linear Island Pendant Lamp – Three Cone Shade Design

A single brass rod drops from the ceiling to a horizontal natural-wood bar, from which three tapered white linen cone shades hang evenly spaced. The mix of warm metal, natural wood, and soft fabric gives it a relaxed, collected-over-time look rather than a matched showroom set. At 135cm wide, it's built specifically for a kitchen island or long dining table, spreading three even pools of light along the surface.

Where It Works

Built for a kitchen island or long dining table, where the three evenly spaced shades cast light along the full length of the surface rather than pooling in one spot.

FAQ

How many bulbs does it need?

Three — one inside each cone shade.

Is it dimmable?

No — it's compatible with a common wall switch but explicitly not dimmable.

Is the fabric shade washable or removable?

The fabric is fitted over a fixed frame as part of construction, so it isn't intended to be removed for washing — a light dusting or dry wipe is best for upkeep.

Do I need an electrician to install this?

Yes — it's a ceiling-mounted fixture and should be installed by a licensed electrician.

As a fabric-shaded fixture with a natural wood bar, slight variations in grain and weave texture are normal from piece to piece.
