Which length should I choose?
All three lengths are 8cm (3.2″) tall and differ only in length, from 80cm (31.5″) up to 120cm (47.2″). As a general guide, choose a length a little shorter than the table or island it will hang over, so the light sits within the surface below.
Do I need to buy a bulb?
No – the LED light source is built in, so there is no bulb to buy or fit. It gives a warm 3000K light along the full length of the bar.
Is it dimmable?
No – it is controlled by a push-button switch and is not dimmable.
How is it suspended?
It hangs from two cords rather than one, so the bar stays level along its length. Each cord can be lengthened on request – contact us with your preferred drop before ordering.
Will it work with my voltage?
Yes – it is rated for AC 110–240V, covering the standard household supply in most regions.
How do I clean the alabaster shade?
Switch the light off and let it cool, then wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid or abrasive cleaners, as alabaster is a porous natural stone that can be damaged by moisture.
As a natural stone, alabaster shows subtle veining and colour variation from piece to piece, so no two shades look exactly alike.
