Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order has shipped, typically within 1 โ€“ 2 business days of placement. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, please check your spam folder before reaching out to our support team.
Tracking information may take 24 โ€“ 48 hours to populate after a label is generated. Carriers also experience scanning delays during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
First, check around your property โ€” including porches, mailboxes, side doors, and with neighbors. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours early. If your package still has not appeared after one business day, please contact our team for assistance.
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once a shipping label is generated, we are unable to redirect the package.
Each order can ship to one address only. To send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination. This ensures accurate tracking and delivery for every recipient.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak season volume. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated window, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
