Does it support dimming?

Whether it supports dimming depends on what type of bulb you buy. If you buy a dimming bulb, this lamp will achieve a dimming function. The bulb provided by default does not support dimming.

Is the shade real stone?

Yes – the column shade is genuine alabaster, hand-cut and polished. As a natural, translucent stone, it glows evenly along its length and shows its own unique veining and tone.

Which size should I choose?

The 30cm (11.8") size works well as a compact bedside or narrow-space drop. The 50cm (19.7") size suits a stronger single statement over a table or console. The 60cm (23.7") size is the most dramatic, especially hung in a row at staggered heights.

Can I hang multiple pendants together?

Yes – the slim, columnar shape works especially well grouped in a row or cluster at different heights, over a kitchen island, staircase, or long dining table.

Can the hanging length be adjusted?

It ships with a 150cm (59") wire, which can be trimmed to your preferred drop height at installation. If you need a longer wire, contact us and it can be lengthened on request.

What bulb does it take?

It takes a small G9 base bulb (LED or Edison-style), up to 60W max. Choose a dimmable bulb if you'd like the push-button switch paired with dimming, since the included default bulb does not dim.

Is it certified for North America and Europe?

It operates on AC 110–240V, suitable for use across North America, Europe, and other regions. Confirm your local wiring meets code, and have installation done by a licensed electrician.

How do I clean the alabaster shade?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the stone or using abrasive or chemical cleaners, as alabaster is soft and porous and can scratch or stain more easily than glass or ceramic.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Close, but not identical. As a natural stone, each shade shows its own unique veining and tone – that variation is part of genuine alabaster, not a defect.
