Both sizes are the same height. How do I choose?

Choose by width, since the height is 18.1″ in both. A common rule for a table is to pick a fixture at least 12″ narrower than the table, so the 19.6″ size suits a table about 32″ wide or larger, and the 23.6″ size suits a table about 36″ or larger. Over a table, a common guide is to hang the bottom 30″ to 36″ above the tabletop.

Will mine have the same colours as the photo? Will it clash with my room?

Your fixture will use the same mix of blue, orange, green, yellow and red, but the speckles are different on each petal, so the balance can vary from the photo.
