Do I need to buy a bulb?
No – the LED light source is included, giving a warm 3000K glow through both alabaster bowls.
Which rooms does it suit?
It's designed for living rooms and bedrooms, though its low, ambient glow also suits a hallway or reading corner.
Can I use it in a bathroom or somewhere damp?
It's rated IP20 and damp-rated, meaning it's suited to indoor dry or damp locations, but it is not waterproof and should not have direct water contact or spray, such as inside a shower enclosure.
How do I turn it on and off?
It is compatible with common push switches, so you can use the switch already in your room. The switch is not included. As a hardwired wall fixture, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
Can I use these in a pair?
Yes – the vertical, symmetrical shape suits mounting either side of a mirror, headboard, or console.
How do I clean the alabaster shades?
Switch the light off and let it cool, then wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid or abrasive cleaners, as alabaster is a porous natural stone that can be damaged by moisture.
As a natural stone, alabaster shows subtle veining and colour variation from piece to piece, so no two shades look exactly alike.
