A bell-shaped alabaster shade hangs from a slim black cord, its domed top narrowing to a flared, open base. As a single drop it sits as a quiet, rounded pendant; built up into a multi-head cluster, the bells cascade down from one central point at staggered heights, each one catching the light slightly differently from the next.

Lit, the glow comes through the alabaster evenly, warm and even across the curve of the bell – suited to a single drop over a bedside or small table, or a cascading cluster over a kitchen island, staircase, or long dining table.

FAQ

Why does the H figure jump so much between head counts – is that a typo?

It's not a typo, though it looks surprising at first glance. The H figure for the multi-head options is the total vertical spread of the cascade, not the height of one bell – so 350cm for the 11-head version reflects how far the lowest bell hangs below the highest one, across a single tall fixture point, not the size of any individual shade. Each bell itself stays close to the single-head size regardless of cluster count.

Is 350cm of drop realistic for a normal home, or is this meant for commercial spaces?

At 11 heads it's genuinely built for a tall space – a stairwell, double-height entry, or a commercial interior with several metres of ceiling height. For a standard residential room with a 2.4-2.7m ceiling, the 3 or 5-head versions are the realistic range; anything beyond that will need the cords shortened at install, which is worth discussing with us rather than assuming it'll fit as supplied.

Can I get this in a finish other than black?

Yes – black is the standard finish, but matte brass, brushed nickel, and satin gold are available if you ask for them when ordering. These aren't shown as standard listing options, so mention your preferred finish directly rather than assuming it's selectable at checkout.

Can I change the bulb myself if one in a large cluster stops working?

Yes – each bell takes its own replaceable E26 bulb rather than a shared or integrated light source, so a single bulb failing in a 9-head cluster doesn't mean servicing the whole fixture. Just switch off the power at the wall first.

Does a bigger cluster need a stronger ceiling fixing?

Yes, proportionally – more alabaster shades means more total weight concentrated at one point, even though each individual bell is light on its own. For anything from 7 heads up, it's worth having your electrician confirm the ceiling fixing is rated for the combined weight rather than assuming a standard junction box will do.

What's the best way to dust a tall cascading cluster without a ladder every time?

Switch it off and let it cool, then use a long-handled feather duster for routine upkeep on the lower bells you can reach from the ground, and save the step ladder and a soft, dry cloth for a deeper clean of the upper bells every month or two – the alabaster doesn't need frequent cleaning, just enough to keep dust from dulling the glow.
