Google API and Advertising Data

Liora Light and Liora Ads Automation may use Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, Google Analytics services, and other authorized Google services, to access and process advertising, analytics, campaign performance, product performance, search term, conversion, ecommerce, and related business data associated with Google accounts that are owned by Liora Light or explicitly authorized for use by Liora Light.

Liora Ads Automation is an internal advertising management and analytics application operated by Liora Light. It is used to support Liora Light's own advertising, analytics, reporting, ecommerce, campaign management, and advertising optimization activities.

Google User Data We Access

Depending on the Google services authorized for use with Liora Ads Automation, the application may access Google advertising, analytics, account, campaign, product, search term, conversion, and ecommerce-related data necessary to provide the functionality described in this Privacy Policy and on the Liora Ads Automation application homepage.

The types of Google data that may be accessed include:

  • Google Ads account and customer identification information.
  • Google Ads campaign information.
  • Google Ads ad group information.
  • Advertising performance data, including impressions, clicks, advertising costs, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
  • Search terms, search queries, and search term performance data.
  • Product and product-level advertising performance data.
  • Campaign settings, bidding information, and advertising configuration information where necessary for authorized campaign management.

Liora Ads Automation accesses only Google data that is reasonably necessary for the advertising management, analytics, reporting, campaign optimization, and related functionality described in this Privacy Policy and on the Liora Ads Automation application homepage.

Liora Ads Automation does not access Google user data for unrelated purposes.

How We Access Google Data

Google data is accessed only after appropriate authorization has been granted through Google authentication, OAuth authorization, API credentials, or other Google-approved access mechanisms.

Liora Light and Liora Ads Automation do not attempt to access Google accounts, Google user data, or Google advertising data without proper authorization.

Where OAuth authorization is used, access is limited to the scopes and permissions that have been authorized for the application.

How We Use Google Data

Information obtained through Google APIs is used only for legitimate internal business purposes related to Liora Light's own advertising, analytics, ecommerce, reporting, campaign management, and advertising optimization activities.

Google data may be used to:

  • Monitor Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, products, and search terms.
  • Analyze impressions, clicks, advertising costs, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other advertising performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign-level, ad-group-level, product-level, and ecommerce performance.
  • Evaluate add-to-cart, checkout, purchase, revenue, and other conversion signals.
  • Analyze search intent, search terms, and search term relevance.
  • Support campaign management and advertising optimization.
  • Support bidding decisions and CPC optimization.
  • Identify products that may be suitable for advertising or additional promotion.
  • Identify inefficient advertising spend and improve advertising efficiency.
  • Compare historical advertising performance.
  • Generate internal advertising reports, analytics, historical comparisons, and performance summaries.
  • Support automated internal advertising analysis and campaign management functions.
  • Support the operation and optimization of Liora Ads Automation.

Google user data is not used for purposes unrelated to the functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy and on the Liora Ads Automation application homepage.

Automated Processing and Advertising Optimization

Liora Ads Automation may process authorized Google advertising and analytics data using internal automated systems to assist Liora Light with advertising analysis, reporting, campaign monitoring, bidding analysis, search term analysis, product performance analysis, conversion analysis, and advertising optimization.

Automated processing is used only to support Liora Light's own internal advertising and business operations.

Liora Ads Automation is not offered as a public advertising platform, data brokerage service, third-party profiling service, or advertising service for unrelated third parties.

How We Store and Retain Google Data

Where necessary for the operation of Liora Light's internal advertising, analytics, reporting, and automation systems, certain information obtained through Google APIs may be temporarily stored or retained in protected internal systems.

Google data may be retained for purposes including:

  • Advertising reporting.
  • Analytics and performance measurement.
  • Historical performance comparison.
  • Advertising optimization.
  • Campaign management.
  • System operation and troubleshooting.
  • Internal business records where reasonably necessary.

We retain Google data only for as long as reasonably necessary to support the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain system functionality, resolve operational issues, comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations, or support legitimate business requirements.

Liora Light does not sell, rent, trade, license, or provide Google user data or Google Ads account data to unrelated third parties for their own advertising, marketing, profiling, data brokerage, or commercial purposes.

Google data may only be accessed by:

  • Authorized Liora Light personnel.
  • Approved internal systems operated for Liora Light.
  • Service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate Liora Light's technical or business systems and that are subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.

Where service providers process Google data on behalf of Liora Light, such access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the relevant technical or operational service.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, regulatory obligation, court order, or valid governmental request.

Data Security

Access to Google data is restricted to authorized Liora Light personnel and approved systems.

We apply reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect Google data and advertising information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These safeguards may include access controls, authentication controls, credential protection, restricted system access, and other reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the data being processed.

Authentication credentials, OAuth tokens, API credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, passwords, and other sensitive authentication information are not intentionally made publicly available and are handled using reasonable security controls.

Google User Data and Limited Use

Any Google user data accessed by Liora Light or Liora Ads Automation is used only for the purposes and functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy and in the information provided on the Liora Ads Automation application homepage.

Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising, unrelated profiling, data resale, data brokerage, or marketing to unrelated third parties.

Google user data is not sold to third parties.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including applicable Limited Use requirements, as well as applicable Google Ads API policies and requirements.

Prohibited AI and Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery Use

Liora Light and Liora Ads Automation do not use Google APIs, Google user data, Google Ads data, Google Analytics data, or other information obtained through Google APIs to generate, create, edit, transform, distribute, facilitate, enable, promote, or support AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII).

Liora Ads Automation does not provide functionality for generating intimate imagery, sexual imagery, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other similar content.

Liora Ads Automation does not use information obtained through Google APIs for image generation, intimate-content generation, or the creation of synthetic sexual or intimate content.

Any automated or AI-assisted functionality used in connection with Liora Ads Automation is limited to legitimate internal business functions such as advertising analysis, campaign reporting, search term analysis, product performance analysis, conversion analysis, bidding analysis, campaign organization, and advertising optimization.

Google user data obtained through authorized Google APIs is used only for the advertising, analytics, reporting, campaign management, conversion measurement, ecommerce analysis, search term analysis, product performance analysis, and advertising optimization purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Revoking Google Account Access

Users or account administrators may revoke previously granted Google account access through their Google Account security, permissions, or connected application settings, where applicable.

Revoking access may prevent Liora Ads Automation from accessing additional Google data associated with that authorization.

After access has been revoked, Liora Ads Automation will no longer be able to obtain new Google data through the revoked authorization unless access is granted again.

Google Data Deletion Requests

Where applicable, users or account administrators may request deletion of Google data held by Liora Light or Liora Ads Automation.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will review the request and take reasonable action in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, technical requirements, business record requirements, and applicable Google API policies.

Where appropriate and technically feasible, data associated with a valid deletion request may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise removed from active internal systems.

Changes to Google API Access or Data Practices

If Liora Light materially changes how Liora Ads Automation accesses, uses, stores, retains, shares, or protects Google user data, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those changes.

Any updated practices relating to Google user data will continue to be limited to legitimate purposes associated with Liora Ads Automation and Liora Light's authorized business operations.
