Can I replace the bulb?

No – the LED is integrated into the fixture rather than a swappable bulb, so there's no bulb to buy or replace. It's set to a fixed warm white (2700K) color temperature.

Is it dimmable?

Yes – but only when paired with a compatible TRIAC dimmer switch installed in place of a standard wall switch. Without one, it will operate at full brightness only.

Is the shade real stone?

Yes – each stacked sphere and disc is hand-cut from a solid block of natural white alabaster. Because it's a natural stone, veining and translucency vary piece to piece, so no two pendants glow quite the same.

Which size should I choose?

The 12cm (4.7") is the most compact, suited to bedside or narrow spaces. The 15cm (5.9") works well as a single pendant over a small table or desk. The 18cm (7.2") is the largest and reads as more of a sculptural focal point, best for a dining table or open living area.

Does this need to be hardwired?

Yes – it's hardwired to the ceiling and should be installed by a licensed electrician. It ships with a 19.7" (50cm) suspension rod.

How do I clean the alabaster shade?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the stone or using abrasive or chemical cleaners, as alabaster is soft and porous and can scratch or stain more easily than glass or ceramic.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Close, but not identical. Each piece features unique natural veining, so every pendant is genuinely one-of-a-kind – that variation is part of authentic alabaster, not a defect.
