FAQ

How do I select the right size among the single-tier and double-tier options?

The single-tier options (ranging from 17.7 to 39.4 inches) work wonderfully for standard ceiling heights and room proportions. The double-tier models (such as the 31.5+17.7 or 39.4+23.6 configurations) feature a greater height of 19.7 inches and are specifically engineered as statement centerpieces for double-height entries, vaulted great rooms, or large banquet tables.

What are the bulb requirements, and is there a wattage limitation?

This fixture uses standard E14 base bulbs and operates safely up to a maximum of 40W per bulb. You can use energy-efficient LED bulbs or decorative incandescent styles. Bulbs are not included with your purchase, giving you freedom to select your preferred color temperature.

Can this chandelier be dimmed or connected to a regular wall switch?

Yes. It is fully compatible with common wall switches (switches not included). If you want dimming capabilities, simply pair the fixture with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer switch during installation.

Is this fixture suitable for damp locations like bathrooms or outdoor covered porches?

No. It carries an IP20 rating and is safety tested exclusively for indoor use in dry locations that are not directly exposed to excessive moisture, humidity, or water.

What is the recommended installation procedure for this heavy or multi-tier design?

Because this is a hardwired fixture featuring delicate glass components and substantial scale options, professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended to ensure secure ceiling anchoring and correct wiring.
