An absolute showpiece in our primary bedroom reading nook. The glacier-ice aesthetic adds tactile warmth against our dark linen accent wall. It dims down effortlessly on our Lutron wall control without any buzzing or flicker.
As an interior architect, I specified a pair of these for a client brutalist urban loft remodel. The raw, bark-like texture of the outer glass panels references vintage 1970s Scandinavian glasswork without feeling dated. Paired with a warm 2700K filament bulb, the light passes through the cool glass with zero filament glare, transforming the exposed brick walls into an ambient feature at night.
Installed over our boutique cocktail lounge corner booth. Guests regularly compliment the frozen water look of the fixture. The way light cascades down through the uneven glass edges creates remarkable mood lighting for evening dining.
Incredibly dense cast glass with faint ice-blue undertones when daylight hits it. We hung this in our powder room corner beside an arched black-framed mirror. It weighs considerably more than a standard mini pendant, so ensure your ceiling junction box is securely anchored.
Exceptional light dispersion. The thick textured glass shields your eyes from the central bulb completely, making casual drinks around our small round oak table very relaxing. Be sure to wipe the glass panels with a microfiber cloth before final mounting so you do not leave finger smudges on the inside.
Looks far more custom than standard catalog lighting. The pale watery hue in the vertical glass ribs gives our entryway a bespoke, gallery-like feel. Dust does settle along the top horizontal bevels over time, so running a narrow duster over the top cap every few weeks is necessary maintenance.
Clean industrial canopy design and sturdy suspension wire. Wiring took fifteen minutes, though managing the thick insulated power cord inside the narrow top ceiling cylinder required careful coiling.
We suspended three of these glass lantern pendants in a row over our honed concrete kitchen island, and the icy texture completely anchors the open space. The slumped vertical slabs have genuine thickness and an uneven, frozen-water texture that breaks down the single bulb inside into a soft, rippled pattern across the countertop. Adjusting the pendant cord to identical drop heights required measuring twice and tightening the internal strain relief, but the finished industrial aesthetic is well worth the effort.
Substantial scale for a single-light pendant. The metal top collar holds the vertical glass panels firmly in place without any loose rattling. Highly functional and visually grounded.
Replaced an outdated bronze cone light above our basement wet bar. The uneven, hand-cast look of the glass panels catches light from the back bar bottles even when the pendant itself is turned off. One of the top metal bracket edges had a tiny machining burr, but it smoothed down instantly with a quick pass of steel wool.
Simple unboxing and very secure foam packaging. Hanging it over our entryway bench was straightforward, and the glass slabs arrived in mint condition.
Solid build throughout. The heavy glass cylinder arrived without a single scratch, and the gunmetal ceiling canopy sits flush against our drywall.
Serious heft and authentic slumped glass. It hangs dead vertical and does not swing when the back patio sliding door opens during windy afternoons.
