As an interior decorator, I sourced this for a client's transitional living room remodel. The layered drop silhouette references mid-century Venetian fixtures without the fragile vintage price tag. Pairing it with 2700K dimmable LED candelabra bulbs gives the thick glass an inviting, candlelight-like warmth.
Solid build throughout. Shortening the chrome chain links took proper bolt cutters and some muscle, but it hangs rock-solid over our entryway console table.
Took two of us on scaffolding to get it mounted into a 16-foot ceiling. Wiring went fast, but hanging the dozens of glass pieces is definitely a two-person job. Worth every ounce of sweat once you flip the switch.
Looks far more custom than retail catalog fixtures. The way the light spills downward over our dark hardwood floors is warm and even. It does collect dust on the upper contours of the glass, so plan on running an electrostatic duster over it periodically.
Clean chrome finish on the canopy and collar. Assembly instructions were essentially a single diagram, but hooking the drops from the lowest inner ring outward made the process relatively straightforward.
Heavy, substantial glass with zero cheap plastic shortcuts. We hired a licensed electrician because the assembled weight easily exceeds 45 pounds, requiring extra ceiling joist bracing. Once illuminated, the diamond grid pattern projects the most subtle honeycomb shadows across our dining room ceiling.
Impressive craftsmanship on the cast glass. Each drop has real weight and thickness, meaning they do not sway or clink together when the front door opens and creates a cross breeze.
Dramatic waterfall profile that instantly commands the entry. We have traditional board-and-batten wall paneling, and the polished chrome paired with patterned glass balances old-world charm with crisp modern lines. Make sure you wear cotton gloves while hanging the drops to prevent oily fingerprints.
We installed this in our two-story foyer right above the main staircase landing, and the scale is spectacular. The quilted texture across each glass drop diffuses the light so thoroughly that you can look straight at it from the second floor without squinting. It arrived in three wooden crates with custom foam for every single teardrop; unboxing and hanging each piece onto the chrome rings took nearly three hours, but the structural heft is undeniable.
Sturdy metal framework and reliable wire hook clips. Mounted it in our dining room above an eight-person oak table. The diameter fills the visual volume of the room without obstructing cross-table conversations.
Replaced a dated brass fixture in our high-ceiling hallway. The daylight refracts through the clear drops even when switched off, acting like a suncatcher throughout the morning. One glass cone had a tiny air bubble near the top loop, but once suspended in the cluster, you cannot spot it unless you are on a ladder.
Truly sculptural in our grand entryway. Visitors immediately gaze up when walking through the front door. The diamond cuts on each drop catch the evening light and create shimmering ambient reflections across the ceiling vaults.
