Velo Capsule Alabaster Pendant

Two halves of natural alabaster — a rounded top and a rounded bottom — sandwich a thin raw-brass band into a single capsule, suspended from a slim brass stem. The G9 sockets sit inside the band, lighting both stone halves at once: the top glows from the rim down, the bottom glows from the band up, and the seam reads as a fine bright line across the middle of the form. The Velo comes in three sizes from 14 to 22 cm wide — sized for bedside, kitchen islands, dining tables, and stair voids, alone or in clusters of three or more.

• Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended.
• Compatible with a standard wall switch (not included). For dimming, use a Triac dimmer paired with dimmable G9 LED bulbs — non-dimmable bulbs will not dim.
• G9 base — twist the bulb gently into the socket inside the brass band. Bulbs are not included.
• Brass stem ships at a standard drop length. If you need a longer stem for high ceilings or shorter for low ceilings, request the length before the order ships.
• For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms, showers, or damp locations — alabaster is porous and absorbs moisture.
• Alabaster is heavier than glass or metal of the same size. Confirm the ceiling junction box is secured into a joist or fan-rated brace, especially for the medium and large sizes.
