What is covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal residential and commercial use. A defect is defined as a failure of the product to perform as described when used in accordance with the installation instructions and intended purpose stated at the time of purchase.

Fractures, breaks, or failures in the body, frame, or mounting hardware arising from manufacturing defects — not from impact or misuse.
Electrical Components
Faulty wiring, defective sockets, non-functioning switches, or internal electrical failures not caused by incorrect installation or power surges.

Finish & Coating
Peeling, flaking, blistering, or premature corrosion of the finish or plating that occurs within the warranty period under normal indoor use.

LED Modules & Drivers
Premature failure of integrated LED modules, LED drivers, or dimmable components confirmed to be manufacturing defects.

Glass & Crystal Elements
Manufacturing cracks, inclusions, or chips present at delivery and reported within 7 days of receipt.

Structural failure of wood, rattan, stone, or ceramic components due to manufacturing flaws — excluding natural grain variation or color differences.
Important: All warranty claims are evaluated individually by our product team. When submitting a claim, clear photographs and a written description of the defect are required. We aim to make every review fair, thorough, and prompt.

What is not covered

The following conditions and causes of damage fall outside the scope of our warranty. We want to be transparent about these limitations so you can care for your fixtures properly and set accurate expectations.

Electrical damage caused by voltage spikes, lightning, unstable power supply, or use outside of specified electrical ratings.

Corrosion, rust, or electrical failure resulting from use in wet conditions beyond the fixture's rated IP or wet-location classification.

Unauthorized Modifications
Any alteration, repair, or modification performed by a party not authorized by us, including DIY rewiring or structural changes.

Improper Cleaning
Finish damage caused by abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or cleaning methods not recommended in our care guide.

Environmental Conditions
Fading, warping, or degradation from extreme temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, or exposure beyond the product's rated environment.

Consumable Components
Replaceable bulbs, non-integrated LEDs, batteries, fuses, and other consumable parts are excluded from warranty coverage.

Natural Variation
Natural color variation, grain patterns, or slight tonal differences in handcrafted, organic, or artisan-finished products are not defects.

Important: Warranty coverage is void if the product has been used commercially when purchased for residential use, or if the original serial number, label, or model identification has been removed, altered, or made illegible.

How to file a warranty claim

Filing a claim is straightforward and free of charge. Follow the steps below to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible. Our average claim resolution time is 5 – 7 business days from the date we receive all required documentation.

Gather your proof of purchase
Locate your original order confirmation email or invoice. You will need your order number and the delivery date to initiate your claim.

Document the defect with photos
Take clear, well-lit photographs of the defect from multiple angles. Include a full shot of the complete fixture and one or more close-up detail shots of the specific issue.

Submit your claim by email
Email our warranty team at warranty@yourbrand.com with your order number, photos, a written description of the defect, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).

Receive acknowledgment within 2 business days
Our team will confirm receipt of your claim and may follow up with additional questions if needed to make a fair and accurate assessment.

Receive your resolution
Once the claim is approved, we will arrange your chosen remedy — a replacement shipment or a full refund — typically within 5 – 7 business days of approval.

Claim window: Warranty claims must be submitted while the product is still within its warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty expiration date will not be accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Warranty remedies & resolution options

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, we will offer one of the following remedies at your preference, subject to availability and the nature of the defect. We never charge shipping or restocking fees on approved warranty resolutions.

Return shipping for warranty claims: For approved defective-product claims, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You are not required to return the product before we issue a replacement or refund unless specifically requested by our team for quality investigation purposes.

Transferability & warranty registration

Is this warranty transferable?

This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and applies to products purchased directly from our official website or an authorized retailer. The warranty is non-transferable and does not pass to subsequent owners if the product is resold, gifted, or transferred to another party.

Purchasing as a gift? If you purchase a fixture as a gift, the warranty still applies — the warranty period begins on the original delivery date, not the gift recipient's date of first use. We recommend sharing the original order confirmation email with the gift recipient so they have the necessary documentation.
Authorized resellers

This warranty applies only to products purchased through our official website or an authorized retail partner. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party marketplaces (including certain third-party sellers on major e-commerce platforms) may not qualify for warranty coverage. Contact us if you are unsure whether your purchase source is authorized.

Warranty registration (optional)
  • Registration is not required to receive warranty coverage. Your delivery date serves as the warranty start date and your order email serves as proof of purchase.
  • 📧 Optional registration allows us to proactively contact you about product safety updates, care tips, and applicable accessory recalls. To register, simply email us with your order number and product name.
  • 🔒 Your information is protected — we will never sell, rent, or share your registration data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under this warranty is expressly limited to the remedies described in Section 05 of this policy. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the purchase, installation, or use of our products.

Disclaimer of implied warranties
Cap on liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising under this warranty exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, exclusive of taxes, shipping, and installation costs.

Exclusion of consequential damages
  • 🚫 Property damage caused by a defective product is not recoverable under this limited warranty. We strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician to minimize risk.
  • 🚫 Labor or installation costs incurred to remove or re-install a warranted product are not covered, unless specifically agreed to in writing by us in advance.
  • 🚫 Loss of use or rental value during the period a product is unavailable due to a warranty claim is not compensable under this policy.

State law variations: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Your legal rights — Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act

This warranty is a Limited Written Warranty as defined by the Magnuson–Moss Warranty–Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312). By providing this warranty, we are not disclaiming any rights that consumers may have under applicable state or federal law.

What the Magnuson–Moss Act means for you

  • 🌎 State consumer rights — Many states have additional consumer protection laws. This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under those laws, including implied warranties that may apply regardless of any disclaimer.
Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a warranty claim that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation before seeking formal legal remedy. Governing law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from this warranty shall be conducted in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
