If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system error, or supplier pricing change, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Order confirmation. An order confirmation email indicates we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we ship the product or send a separate shipping confirmation.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and surcharges. Payment must be received in full and processed successfully before we ship your order.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Liora Lighting pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur — though we will work with you and the carrier to resolve issues per our Shipping Policy.

Our brand name, logos, and product names are trademarks owned by Liora Lighting. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
