Does it support dimming?
Whether it dims depends on the bulb you use. The bulb provided by default does not support dimming — if you install a dimmable G9 bulb, note you may also need a compatible dimmer to control it.
What bulb should I buy?
This lamp takes a G9 bulb, max 5W, sold separately, either LED or Edison-style.
Do I need an electrician to set this up?
No — it's a plug-in lamp with a 59" cord. Just plug it into a standard outlet and screw in a bulb.
Why does my alabaster look different from the photo?
Each orb is cut from natural alabaster, so veining and translucency vary slightly piece to piece — this is expected, not a defect.
Natural alabaster is quarried, not manufactured — expect unique veining and subtle translucency variation between pieces.
