Tense Pendant Lamp 

A long horizontal pendant in real silk, hand-stretched over a slim iron frame and held aloft by a near-invisible wire suspension. The silk diffuser carries the gentle warp of natural fiber — a soft asymmetrical fold across its length that catches light differently from each angle. Six sizes from 50 to 100 cm wide cover everything from a tea space or reading nook through to a full dining table or open-plan living room. The integrated LED softens through the silk into an even warm wash; at 15 cm tall the form reads as a quiet horizontal line on the ceiling rather than a hanging object.

• Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended.
• Compatible with a standard on-off wall switch (not included). The fixture is not dimmable as standard; do not pair it with a dimmer.
• Wire suspension ships at a standard length. For higher ceilings, request a longer cable before the order ships.
• The shade is light — the iron skeleton plus silk diffuser weighs less than a stone or alabaster pendant of similar size — so a standard ceiling junction box is sufficient for all six sizes.
• Integrated LED — the light source is sealed inside the diffuser and is not user-replaceable.
• For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms, showers, or damp locations — silk absorbs moisture and yellows with humidity.
• Dust the silk gently with a soft, dry brush every few months. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or a vacuum — these will mark or pull the fiber.
