— When It's a Bulk Order —

If your project meets any one of these

Bulk pricing kicks in when an order reaches a certain scale — by units, by value, or by complexity. Reach any one of these and you qualify for project-specific pricing and scheduling.

20+
Units of One SKU

Twenty or more units of a single fixture model — a common threshold for hotel rooms, condos, or coordinated spaces.

$5K+
Order Value

Project orders totaling $5,000 USD or more across multiple SKUs qualify for a project quote.

5+
SKUs Per Project

Coordinated specifications spanning five or more distinct fixtures across one project address.

Any
Custom Brief

If the project requires customization — finish, dimension, or material — we treat it as bulk regardless of unit count.

— What You Get —

Beyond a discount, a project partnership

Bulk pricing matters, but it's only one part of what scaling demands from a supplier. Here's what shows up alongside it.

Pricing
Project-Specific Quotes

Pricing is built to your actual scope — not a fixed retail discount. We factor in unit count, finish complexity, lead time, freight, and any custom work to land at a number that's fair on both sides.

Production
Scheduled Production Slots

For projects with hard installation dates, we reserve dedicated production windows in our schedule so your fixtures are made and shipped on a calendar that aligns with your construction milestones.

Support
Dedicated Project Manager

A single point of contact from quote to final delivery — someone who knows your spec sheet, tracks production milestones, and proactively flags issues before they become problems.

Documentation
Full Spec Package

CAD files, IES photometric data, dimensional drawings, finish samples, packaging dimensions, and weight specifications — everything your construction document set requires, organized and clean.

Logistics
Coordinated Freight & Delivery

Single-shipment consolidated freight where it makes sense, or staged deliveries to match your construction phases. Our logistics team coordinates directly with your site manager or general contractor.

Terms
Flexible Payment Terms

For approved bulk customers: deposit-and-balance terms, milestone payments, or net terms (typically Net-30 on approval). Wire transfers, ACH, and corporate card all accepted.

— How It Works —

From inquiry to installation

A typical bulk order moves through five stages. Most projects complete the full cycle in 6–10 weeks for in-stock fixtures and 8–14 weeks where customization is involved.

i
Day 1 — 3
Submit your project brief

Email us your project address, quantities, target SKUs (or a description of what you're looking for), preferred installation date, and any drawings you can share. We respond within one business day.

ii
Day 3 — 7
Receive your project quote

We return a written quote with itemized pricing, lead time, freight estimate, and any clarifying questions. If customization is involved, we propose a sample-and-sign-off step before production.

iii
Day 7 — 14
Confirm order & deposit

Quote acceptance, signed sales order, and deposit (typically 30–50% depending on project size and customization scope). Production scheduling locks in upon receipt.

iv
Weeks 2 — 10
Production & quality control

Your project enters production with regular progress updates. For larger orders, we provide milestone photos and (where requested) live video QC at the end of the production line before packing.

v
Final week
Delivery & closeout

Balance payment is due before shipment. Freight is dispatched per our coordinated logistics plan, and your project manager remains available through the warranty period for any post-delivery questions.

— Frequently Asked —

Bulk order questions

No. Bulk orders are open to anyone with a qualifying project — homeowners, designers, builders, and businesses alike. That said, Trade members typically benefit from layered pricing on top of bulk discounts and faster scheduling, so we encourage trade applicants to also enroll in the Trade Program.
For in-stock fixtures, most bulk orders ship within 3–5 weeks of order confirmation. Made-to-order or custom-finish projects typically range 8–14 weeks. Your written quote includes a specific timeline based on your unit count and customization scope.
Standard projects require a 30% deposit at order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. Custom and made-to-order projects typically require 50% at confirmation due to the made-to-spec nature of the production. Approved trade and corporate accounts may qualify for net-30 terms in lieu of deposits.
Yes. For projects involving custom finishes or substantial unit counts, we strongly recommend a paid sample (typically credited toward the full order on confirmation). For standard fixtures, you can place a single-unit retail order to evaluate the product before committing to bulk.
Generally, bulk orders ship as a single consolidated shipment to one project address or warehouse. We can accommodate split shipments to multiple addresses for an additional logistics fee — your project manager will quote that as part of your overall package.
Standard in-stock fixtures from a bulk order may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of 15–25% depending on quantity and condition. Made-to-order, custom, and project-specific items are final sale and not eligible for return. Defective or damaged items are always handled under our standard warranty and shipping insurance, regardless of bulk status.
