— Trade Benefits —

What you get as a trade member

Beyond pricing, trade members work with us as partners rather than customers — with the access, support, and tools that real projects need.

Tiered Trade Pricing

Discounted pricing on every order — scaling with annual volume. Pricing is published in your trade dashboard and applies automatically at checkout.

Dedicated Account Manager

A real human you can email or schedule a call with — someone who learns your project pipeline, helps with sourcing, and resolves issues without the queue.

Priority Production

Trade orders move ahead in our production queue. Standard items typically ship within 3–5 business days; made-to-order pieces receive expedited scheduling.

Spec Documents & Tech Drawings

Full CAD files, IES photometric data, dimensional drawings, finish samples, and high-resolution imagery — everything your construction documents need.

Custom & OEM Options

Customizable finishes, dimensions, and materials on select fixtures. For unique project briefs, we offer dedicated design consultations on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Sample Privileges

Liberal sample program for active trade members, plus extended return windows on standard items — because design is iterative, and your client may change direction.

— Membership Tiers —

Three tiers, graduated benefits

Every trade member starts at Studio. As your annual volume grows, you advance automatically to higher tiers with deeper pricing and additional benefits.

Yes. We welcome independent designers, e-decorators, and emerging studios. In place of a license, you can submit your professional portfolio, active client website, or membership in a recognized industry association. We review every application individually.
Yes. Trade members commonly order under their own account and ship directly to the client's address. You receive trade pricing on the order; the client never sees your discount or our retail pricing structure.
For projects requiring 20+ units of a single fixture, or projects exceeding a defined order value, your account manager will quote a project-specific price that goes beyond standard tier pricing. See our Bulk Orders page for the full process, or simply email your project brief.
Yes. International trade members are welcome. Shipping is calculated at quote, and we'll work with your local certifications (CE, SAA, etc.) where applicable. Voltage and certification requirements should be confirmed before order placement.
Trade members are welcome to specify and install our fixtures on client projects, including commercial and hospitality settings. Wholesale resale through retail channels (your own showroom or e-commerce site) requires a separate retail-partner agreement — please reach out for details.
